We would love to be as speedy as Amazon, however we're a small independent business so things take a little longer. Please allow up to 3-5 working days (excluding bank holidays) for your item to be dispatched. We use various different couriers to ship our parcels, in which shipping time may vary.
If you require a “Special Delivery” please contact us before ordering.
We ship all over the world, but please be aware that shipping costs for overseas will vary. Rest Of The World shipping calculated at checkout. Please be aware that there are weight restrictions on parcels delivered to 'rest of the world' and therefore we are unable to ship larger orders (2kg+). Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Hand & Hive is not responsible for any delays due to customs or courier.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns or refunds unless your item is faulty or damaged.
If your item has arrived faulty or damaged then please get in touch with us via email@example.com with your order number and photo evidence of the damage within 14 days of purchase for us to arrange a replacement.

We do not recommend machine washing any items which have pom poms attached to it. Our Pom Poms have been sewn by hand and need to be handled with care. If you need to wash the item then please do so carefully by hand using a spot cleaning method.
If your item has arrived to you in a damaged state then you are eligible to have the item replaced for a like-for-like piece. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation and photo evidence of the damage within 14 days of purchase.
